Many businesses, including those solely for information services on the internet, often use social media to help advertise and grow. Social media marketing has become a booming business, with many marketers in charge of their own freelance careers working to help others with their social media. Such social media contracts or Service Provider Contracts are crucial to frame and execute for every business engaging with such freelancers for provision of social media associated marketing or advertisement services.
India boasts of being the second-largest film industry in the world. A record number of over 1200 Indian movies are released every year driving annual revenue of more than 180 billion dollars. The hectic process of filmmaking often involves an army of men working foreground and background in the industry. Furthermore, the art of filmmaking involves a lot of promises, transactions, and commitments. It is quite important that these relationships are regulated by law. Hence, the need for a wide variety of legal agreements throughout the operations of filmmaking comes into play.
The most important being the Production Agreements which tend to include provisions that allow specificity to develop around the relationship. For example, the project that the two parties will be working on is described, but so are any required specifications (i.e. for movies, the type of film it needs to be shot on, or specific sound software that music needs to be mixed on).
