Lawssistance is the law office founded by Advocate Mira Banga, an independent legal practitioner holding an experience of over 9 years in the field of corporate law.

Team Lawssistance comprises lawyers who are dedicated towards provision of services including without limitation drafting and reviewing of various investment contracts, commercial contracts, sports, media and entertainment contracts as well as wills.

Advocate Mira Mukhi Banga

Learned Advocate Mira Banga is an alumna of National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where she pursued Masters in Business Laws [MBL] and Amity Law School where she pursued Bachelors of Law [B.A.LL.B(H)].

She enrolled herself with the Bar Council in 2015 and commenced her legal practice in the field of corporate law.

She is a modern, open and friendly independent corporate law professional and her aim is to provide clear, concise and practical advice bases on an in-depth knowledge of the legal, regulatory and commercial environment. Her priority is to deliver responsive, efficient and cost-effective services to her clients. She offers expertise in the fields of corporate, commercial, intellectual property, joint ventures, information technology and computers, telecommunication and media, foreign investments and finance, international trade, Indian business laws and inheritance laws.
